Can you believe that we are already halfway through the month? It has gone by so fast already and I'm sure the rest of it will go by even quicker. I have lots of pictures from various things that have been going on in the past couple of weeks. We have been trying to keep up with our busy schedules while the kids have been getting sick. One child at a time. It seems just as we get one better the next one comes down with it. Noah was the 1st to get it. He had to miss 1 whole week of school. We took him in to see the doctor and we were told that he has walking pneumonia. It was kinda scary. He is doing so much better now and is back to his wonderful happy self. We had Kenzie's 3rd birthday party with her two cousins Bradley and Aubrey. We got rained out at the park so we had a little get together at Candice's house. Kenzie was feeling horrible that day. She ended up having to go back to urgent care that evening. She's doing much better now since getting on her antibotics for strep throat. During all this sickness that was going on at my house Katie was brave enough to come for a visit and stay with my family. We enjoyed all the time and fun things we got to do while she was here.
McKenna played last Saturday morning (in the pouring rain). She had the semi-final game at 8am. Her team ended up winning 4-1. They made it all the way to the City of Downey under -12 girls championship game. Sadly to say they lost 2-3. Her team played very well together and we are so proud of her to even made it into the Championship game. Later the next day they had an ice skating party for her team and a dinner after to give the team their awards. After all this we got a call asking for McKenna to play on a traveling soccer team. We are all very excited for this new chapter in her soccer life.
Last but not least....we took our annual family Disneyland day this week. It was fun as always. The kids love when Alex takes a day off work and they get to miss school for a trip to Disneyland. All the Christmas lights were beautiful on Small World. We had yummy snacks and enjoyed every minute together as a family.

Your family is always doing such fun things! That's sad that McKenzie is sick. I hope she's feeling better by christmas.
